ATTORNEY VICTOR MOISES GONZALEZ

Victor Moises Gonzalez, Esq. is the Managing Partner of GONZALEZ / MUÑOZ, P.A. He graduated Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B. Acc.) and passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination. Thereafter, he attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law were he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Mr. Gonzalez was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, The Federal Bar for the United States District Court Southern District of Florida in 2000, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 2001, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 2003.

Mr. Gonzalez concentrates in the practice of personal injury. He has represented thousands of clients injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, roll-over accidents, brain injuries, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims.

In addition, Mr. Gonzalez has represented clients involved in complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract and real estate transactions.

Furthermore, Mr. Gonzalez has represented clients accused of crimes. From the most serious of felony offenses to misdemeanors, in both state and federal court.

ATTORNEY JULIO E. MUÑOZ

Julio E. Muñoz is a partner in the law firm of GONZALEZ / MUÑOZ, P.A. where he practices law related to Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
Mr. Muñoz previously worked as an insurance defense attorney in the corporate law department of State Farm Insurance in its Fort Lauderdale office. He worked for more than one decade at State Farm in other capacities, including as an adjuster handling PIP, bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims. He also worked for five years in State Farm’s Special Investigative Unit, where he handled many serious cases. Mr. Muñoz also served as an arbitrator for Arbitration Forums, Inc. where he resolved disputes between insurance companies.

Through this vast experience in the insurance industry, he has become knowledgeable about insurance company regulations, practices and procedures that serve to benefit clients with injury claims against insurance companies.

Mr. Muñoz graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000. He interned in the criminal appellate division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office where he handled criminal appeals for the State and successfully argued before the 3rdDistrict Court of Appeals.
